This is a personally tailored workout aimed at achieving your goals and objectives. At SCB Fitness we focus on your strengths and work with (not against) your weaknesses, whilst making sure your technique and posture are correct, effective and safe. 1 to 3 sessions of personal training per week are recommended to see real results
Train anywhere, anytime that suits you, between 30-45minutes per session for 1 or 2 people. In the ever changing world we live in, remote coaching is becoming hugely popular, while still allowing form and technique to be at the top of the list. If you are time poor or lacking the confidence to meet in person, this option is a great all rounder.
Are you looking for a total body blitz for fast results? Express training is short, sharp, frequent and intense, involving 30 to 60 minute sessions three to five times per week. This is ideal if you want to look and feel great in that little black dress or tux for a special event. Express training alongside nutritional advice will help you achieve that quick fix and give you the confidence to continue investing in your health and fitness regime.
Bootcamps/ Group Training
If you prefer to train with a friend, colleague or partner, this is the perfect option for you. Training in a more social environment can make exercise more fun, motivational and enjoyable. It doesn’t matter if your abilities and fitness levels are different, as the training will be tailored to suit.

How do I help clients achieve their goals.
listen carefully and ensure I understand your goals/targets and expectations. I offer support and encouragement outside our sessions to give you the extra support you need to help achieve your goals. This may range from regular contact on the phone, email, text messages, face time and can include written exercise programmes to be completed outside of PT sessions, food diary/meal plan management.
What's the secret to getting the body of your dreams.
There are no secrets, we all have different body's and what works for one person, may not work for someone else. Firstly you have to make the commitment to yourself that you want to change and are prepared to put the time in to achieve this. Part of my role is to work out what exercises are right for you and ensure you can complete these safely with competence.
